Finding pet friendly accommodation near Valla Beach can be tricky, as many local holiday parks don't accept dogs. Our holiday home in Boambee East welcomes pets, and Valla's beautiful dog friendly beaches are only around 25 minutes away.
Dog friendly beaches at Valla
Valla Beach is one of the most dog friendly spots on the Mid North Coast. According to Nambucca Valley Council:
- North Valla Beach is off-leash at all times from the 4WD access at the northern end of Cockburn Street to the northern council boundary. It is a long, open beach that is perfect for a run and a swim.
- South Valla Beach and the Deep Creek inlet are also designated off-leash areas.
- Valla Beach Lions Reserve has an off-leash area, except during organised events such as the markets.
Always check council signage on arrival, keep a leash with you and pick up after your dog.

- Boambee Beach, close to the house, is an off-leash beach and perfect for a morning walk.
- North Wall Beach in Coffs Harbour is off-leash at all times and has a dog wash station.
- In Nambucca Heads, the northern end of Swimming Creek Beach and the northern end of Stuarts Island are off-leash areas.
