She's the perfect spot for bike rides in the street 🚲 , with beach hangs & kayaking in the creek. Only a short drive to popular Sawtell village, w/ delicious dining, gelato 🍧& the local cinema.

The space

This super spacious, light filled, four-bedroom home boasts comfortable beds w/ 5 star linen ⭐️ large living areas, a sunny north facing front patio w/ peaceful tree-lined views 🌳 & lovely vibes around sunset 🌅

She has everything you need from double burner gas BBQ, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine ☕️ & breakfast essentials 🥣 To make your stay (long or short) as comfy and enjoyable as possible.

The whole house is available for you to enjoy ✅ Except the garage which we use for storage.

The house is above street level with lovely tree-lined views. There is a very short incline from street level to the front door.

Other things to note

Parking is either in the driveway (big enough for one car, on a moderate slope) or on the street out the front of the property.
