Valla Beach is one of the Coffs Coast's best kept secrets: a small, relaxed village with long uncrowded beaches, a peaceful creek and a strong local community. If you are searching for accommodation in Valla Beach, our spacious holiday home in Boambee East is around 25 minutes north, giving you easy access to Valla plus everything Coffs Harbour and Sawtell have to offer.
South Valla Beach and Deep Creek. Where Deep Creek meets the ocean, the water is calm and shallow, which makes it a favourite with families and young kids. Paddle, kayak or float up the creek, or walk the bush track through to the surf beach.
North Valla Beach. Head north for a long stretch of sand that is ideal for beach walks, fishing and spotting dolphins offshore. It is also one of the area's off-leash dog beaches, so the dog can come too.
Surf and fishing. The beaches around Valla are well known for good surf and beach fishing. Bring a rod and try your luck off the sand or in the creek.
Valla Beach markets. Keep an eye out for the local markets at the Lions Reserve, a great chance to pick up local produce, crafts and a coffee.
Nearby Nambucca Heads. Valla sits just north of Nambucca Heads, so you can easily add the colourful V-Wall and Captain Cook Lookout to your day.
Valla Beach is a quiet village with a limited choice of holiday rentals, and many options are cabins or caravan sites. Our Boambee East house gives families and groups the space of a whole home:
Spend the day swimming in Deep Creek, then drive back past Bongil Bongil National Park for dinner in Sawtell village, just 6 minutes from the house.
Valla Beach is around 25 minutes south of Boambee East. Take the Pacific Highway south and exit at Valla, then follow the signs to the beach. Urunga, Nambucca Heads and Bellingen are all within easy reach too.
